Beware of Scammers:

Erik Melton & Ian Waller

Freelancers and IT professionals, beware of two notorious scammers in the industry: Erik Melton (also spelled Eric) and Ian Waller (also spelled Ion). These individuals hire skilled workers on 1099 contracts but consistently fail to pay for services rendered. Not only do they dodge payment, but they also owe compensation to other entities and use underhanded tactics to avoid being held accountable.

These scammers operate by hiding behind multiple corporations, constantly changing company names and locations to evade lawsuits and creditors. If you try to contact them after services have been rendered, they ignore calls and disappear. Their accomplice, Melissa Quijada, acts as their secretary and is fully aware of their deceptive activities.
